Cream City is engraved on the handles.
There is some surface rust as well as red paint from when the can was numbered during its working days. There is also a small gap at the base of the can (see picture). The inside of the can is in very good shape .
The top comes off so you can add a string of battery-operated lights (not included). A small hole has been cut at the bottom for drainage or if you want to run electric lighting.
